Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, who else handles it, and how to have it deleted.

Mail Club by NiMuSha is run by Muskan Agarwal, Jaipur, India. This page explains what personal information we collect, why we have it, who else sees it, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

When you payYour name, email address and phone number, plus the payment reference. Payments are handled by Razorpay — we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

When you fill the details formYour postal address and contact number, so your envelope can be posted, and the payment or order ID so we can match it to your booking. The form is a Google Form and the answers land in a Google Sheet.

If you claim a referral codeYour name and email, and the names, emails and payment IDs of the friends you are claiming for, so the claim can be checked by hand.

If you write to usWhatever is in your message, by email or Instagram.

If you send us photosPhotos of your mail, only if you choose to send them.

Why we have it

To take your booking, and to make and post your envelope.
To contact you about your order, and to answer your messages.
To check referral claims fairly.
To keep basic records of orders and payments.

We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

Who else handles it

Razorpay — takes the payment and holds the payment record.
Google (Forms, Sheets, Gmail) — where the details form and our email live.
India Post and courier partners — get your name, address and phone number, because that is what a parcel needs.
Instagram — if you choose to message us there.
Cloudflare — hosts this website.

Each of these has its own privacy policy and uses your data under its own terms.

Photos and messages you share

Photos, videos and messages that members send us may appear on the website or on Instagram. Before anything is published we blur names, addresses, phone numbers and courier labels, and we remove the location data that phones hide inside photo files. If you would rather yours was not shown, or you want it taken down later, tell us and it comes down.

This website

The site uses no advertising and no analytics or tracking cookies. Your browser stores one small preference of its own — whether you minimised the Instagram group-chat invite — and that never leaves your device. Links to Razorpay and Instagram take you to their sites, which have their own policies.

How long we keep it

Order and address details are kept for as long as we need them to send your mail and to keep records of what was sent and paid. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except where we have to keep a payment record.

Your choices

Write to candlesbynimusha@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to be removed from our mailing list. We reply normally within 24–48 hours.

Children

Mail Club is for people aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book for you or give written consent.

Changes

We may update this page as the club grows. The version live here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to your order.
